Things You Need to Know

We will print your personalisation details exactly as you have supplied them. So please Check your spelling carefully!

We will send a replacement product/part product to a customer for any print or gift that is faulty or has been personalised with a spelling mistake on our behalf.

All Prints & Gifts that are personalised, will not be eligible for returns unless faulty, arrives damaged or personalised incorrectly by us.

Unfortunately we can not cancel any personalised orders once placed, however please call us if you have submitted the wrong personalisation details so we can correct it for you if we haven't yet, completed your order.

Postage is available to UK Mainland Only at this time and the Postage & Packaging Cost will be added at checkout.
